LEARN TO SKATE

The Learn to Skate Hockey Classes are the first step to mastering your skating skills which are necessary to truly enjoy the game of Hockey.

HOCKEY TOTS (Ages 3 - 5) - Parent/Guardian welcome

- ISI Registration required.

This class will cover the basic ice skating skills similar to Little

Folk & Tots. The only difference is we are in hockey skates

instead of figure skates.

ELEMENTS INCLUDE: Fall Down & Get Up; Marching;

Forward Gliding; Swizzles; Stand on

One Foot; Stopping; and introduction

to Backwards Wiggle.

HOCKEY 1&2 (Ages 6 & Up) - This class covers the MORE

advanced ice skating skills of Alpha & Beta Figure Skating, only in Hockey Skates - ISI Registration required.

ELEMENTS INCLUDE: Forward Skating; 1 Foot Glides;

Crossovers-each direction;

Hockey Stop; Backwards skating;

Backwards crossovers.

FREE Public Session - the day of Class.
4 FREE Public Sessions - Anytime.
2 Guest Passes - bring a friend

SESSION: 8 Weeks - Open Enrollment.

FALL/WINTER SESSION DATES: Nov. 1st-Jan. 4th, 2010 (join anytime)

FEE: $99 for the semester - includes ISI membership.

TYL FEE: $17 one time only. If you would like to do a class before you make the commitment, you can do a TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT - "TYL". If you come off the ice and LOVE it, then we will apply the cost to the semester fee.
